- Mandatory Acknowledgement: Every public image use must explicitly credit “Amar Models / [Model Name]”.
- Zero Unauthorized Reuse: Images cannot be sold, sub-licensed, or reused in secondary ad campaigns without prior written approval.
- AI Training Prohibition: Using agency images to train generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) models is strictly forbidden.
- Legacy Protection: Outdated or expired campaign assets must be securely archived or deleted by the client after the license expires.
2. Model Safety Policy
- Chaperone Rights: Models have the right to an agency-approved chaperone at all high-risk or intimate shoots.
- Vetting Protocols: All third-party clients, photographers, and stylists undergo a mandatory background security check.
- Zero-Tolerance: Immediate cancellation of shoots with no refund if a model experiences harassment, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions.
- Comfort Boundaries: Models can refuse clothing choices, poses, or environments not explicitly detailed in the original booking brief.
3. Privacy & Data Protection Policy
- NDA Requirements: Clients must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for closed-set or unreleased brand campaigns.
- Personal Data Security: Contact information, residential addresses, and personal identification documents are strictly confidential.
- Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Control: No unauthorized phone photography or recording is permitted on set without agency clearance.
4. Payment & Financial Guarantee Policy
- Upfront Deposit: A non-refundable commitment fee (minimum 50%) is required to lock in shoot dates.
- Guaranteed Settlement: Full balance payments must clear within 14 business days post-shoot, before high-resolution final assets are delivered.
- Overtime Compensation: Shoots extending past scheduled hours trigger immediate mandatory hourly overtime rates.
- Usage Extensions: Expanding a campaign’s duration or regional reach requires a separate usage fee negotiation.
